Inside That Data There Is Hidden, Useful Information. We Can Find It.
Data Mining refers to the extraction of otherwise hidden patterns within data, and the conversion of these patterns into a beneficial entity. More and more data is gathered over the years and it has become a necessity to transform this redundant or concealed data into functional information. A large number of businesses, marketing organizations, retail and industry sectors and financial institutions are using data mining tools in which it is observed that the focus is customer related information or data.
Our Data Mining process establishes specific associations between the “internal” (product pricing and placement, employee skill sets) and the “external” (economic environment, market competition, customer demographics) factors. We use this to determine the force or impact on sales and marketing, satisfaction of the customer and finally the most important, corporate profit.
During Data Mining, we use advanced techniques and algorithms that result in relevant and appropriate information that is analyzed and extracted. Initially, when the requirements of the customer are understood, data is extracted; undergoes cleaning (removal of the unwanted data) and finally formatted. Evaluated, relevant data is deposited into the database.
