As soon as we are contacted by customers, right from the first inquiry to the final storage deal, every step is subjected to rigorous inspection and quality control to ensure that your professional and private data get first priority.

Pre-production Planning and Requirements Analysis Stage

At this stage we identify the processes; input variables, output variables, etc.  We then define the deliverables and start formulating the process.

Process Design – Operator and Automation Integration Stage

This stage is designed to streamline efficiency, data information, security protocols and storage procedures of new clients.  We develop validation constraints, help screens, system manuals, and feedback methods to monitor quality and performance.

Simulation Stage

The process is then tested and validated.  We simulate the operational situations and measure the deliverables.  We assess performance failures and either re-design or re-train.

Execution Stage

Once all productions manuals and testing are done, we implement the designed procedures with constant monitoring and quality checks. Feedback is collected from both the customer and the employees and we check if and how improvements should be made.
